BullZied!!!

Here I am, standing next to the BULL of NYSE, the symbol for prosperity!!! Being one of the oldest Stock Exchanges , 1792, it is primily located on Broad street in NY downtown. :) Being the second trip to NY and first one with my own car, it was a wonderful experience. We also managed to click some snaps of Trinity church and shake a leg on saturday night in of the good discs of NY @ Times Square: China Town. Overall an amazing trip :)

Holied!!!

Welcome to the festival of colors: HOLI !!! The day to forget all enemity, all hatred and color each other with love and happiness.. :) We celebrated the same in style here in Groton. A big gang who went door to door and colored all friends and finished it in style with a small tea n samosa party!!!

West Coast Series - Universal Studio!!

Welcome to one of the world's best Production houses and theme park!!! With amazing rides such as Mummy and Jurrasic park and shows like 3D-Terminator and special effects it is quite a thrilling experience !! The tour of the studio via bus gives an insights of different sets and movie production and is highly recommended!! Last but not the least is the 24" amazing pizza we enjoyed at this place...!!!

West Coast Series - Las Vegas!!

Welcome to SIN CITY: Las Vegas !!! They say,"Whatever happens in Vegas stays in Vegas!" The city where night never falls. With theme based casinos like one on New York or Paris having miniature buildings, this is the place to be in!!! The musical fountain at Baligeo is amazing. The inset picture is inside Ceaser Palace, another awesome casino with virtual sky and small water body & boat ride. A place to be atleast once in a life time!!!

West Coast Series - Hoovered !!!

Here I am standing in front of Dam that borders Arizona and Nevada: Hoover Dam.. :) So you can be in the two timezones at the same time here..:)It is also known as Boulder Dam and was completed in 1936, good two years before schedule.Hoover Dam is 726.4 feet in height, it is 660 feet thick at the base and contains 4,360,000 cubic yards of concrete, good enough to complete a highway...Amazing isn't it..:)

Faneuil Hall !!!

Here is the one of the oldest market place:250 yrs ,which has been an integral part of Boston residents. It is a host for cuisines all over the world including Indian.. :) Besides, it also has Science Museum and one of the best Universities of the world: MIT. Drove down from Groton to Boston which was fun and exciting and in the process we discovered a fine Indian Restuarant 'Haveli'. Overall a good trip.. :)

Casioned!!!!

Here we are, me and my friends, one of the best casino: Mohegun Sun. People even come from NY to play here. It so huge and loads of slot machine with amazing asthetics..:) Some people come for fun while others to make a living. We belonged to the former but still managed to earn some money.. :) Place worth going..once or may be twice but not everytime.. :)

New Yorked!!!!

Here I am, the world's capital: NEW YORK!!! Be there on the square.. :) behind me is the famous square, the TIMES SQUARE..the busiest place in the world..Beside that, I also managed to see the Brooklyn bridge and the Central Park. The local transport is amazing with tubes and monorails being the life line of a New Yorker.. :) Over all a buzzing city..!!!

Pit Stopped!!!

The weekend belonged to F1, the indoor carting tracks in Boston.. :) With amazing tracks and the complete dressing, it looked much like the real F1 race.. :) Adding to the fun were billiards, DJ, Dance and Lunch making it a complete silver jubliee celebrations.. :)

Flagged!!!

This weekend belonged to a theme park- 6 Flags, New England, 100 miles fom my place...The place was celebrating its 45th annv. With a group of twelve people it was full of masti n loads of dhamaal..:)Tough the water park was closed for the season, the rides were amazing.. The Superman, Cyclone, Scream and the Pendulum were some of the thrilling rides..:)

Misquamicut Beach!!!

New Weekend, New Beach.. :) Spanning seven miles from Watch Hill to Weekapaug, this is Rhode Island's longest stretch of beach with its pristine waters and white sand...Tough the water was salty and the beach had pebbels but it was still good fun with sunny weather, nice tides and friends around !!!

Beached !!!

Here is another trip to a beach in US: New London :) it was around 15 min drive from my place, Groton Estates. Was chilly out there due to wind but the beach was really nice..neat n clean.. no crowd tough !!!

Hujjed!!!!

Here is another one from the bombay trip.. standing in the back drop of the famous Dargah - Haji Ali...:) It is the tomb of a wealthy Muslim merchant, who renounced all his worldly belongings before embarking on a pilgrimage to Mecca.The tomb itself is over eight hundred years old and linked to the mainland by a path that is annually submerged in the high monsoon tide. Inside the central shrine, throngs of worshippers stoop to press their heads against the richly brocaded red and green chaddor covering the tomb, which lies in an exquisite silver frame engraved with all the ninety-nine names of Allah. I was also one of them who prayed :) 

Candeed!!!

Here we are bunch of guys enjoying the Orange Candy on a hot sultry day in Dharwad, a place in north Karnataka, India..:) The occassion was one of my batch mate's wedding...:) Was a little hectic with 8 hrs journey each side but sure was an absolute fun !!! 

Capitalized!!!

Here we are ..at the Bandra Kurla Complex..the finance capital of India, MUMBAI.. :) It has corporate centers of all tha major financial institutions like ICICI, IL&FS, WOCKHARDT and the most important BSE..BOMBAY STOCK EXCHANGE!!! 

Change!!!

Here I am.. back in town..yes the silicon valley of India...n this is my room, tough may not be in a very good shape all the time since I am still a bachelor and can have this privilege..:)Moreover, I have changed myself a bit..so go ahead and spot the difference :) 

Falling!!!

Here is one of the world's largest and one of the most beautiful falls..Nigara Falls..There are three falls in this region.. the best being the Horse Shoe Falls..Maid of the Mist: a boat takes you as close as possible to the falls, a fascinating journey indeed. I was lucky to there on a sunny day with a full size rainbow adding to its beauty.. 

Stranded!!!

Here I am, stranded oops standing on a nice and cosy bus stop..Its all glass structure with seating for a couple :) Tough most of the people commute by their own cars, still the public transport is good and efficient..With $2.25 you can travel for a couple of hours to anywhere in Mississauga..so sit back n enjoy the ride.. :) 

Snowing!!!

It was snowing again..on a saturday night after coming from Infy Holiday party we had the pleasure of enjoying the snowfall..a white sheet spread all over the place with trails of our footsteps left behind.. :) 

Subwayed!!!

Had the pleasure of commuting the Sub way and the bus today ..went to downtown.. :) The subway is good..looks like the one you would see in action packed thrillers.. !!!!
